We source waste paper from 9 countries across the GCC and beyond — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Morocco and Spain. Direct relationships with waste generators, recyclers and aggregators mean consistent monthly volume without spot-market dependency.

2. Sorting, Grading & QC
Every bale is inspected before loading. Moisture content checked (<12% for OCC, <10% for white grades). Outthrow verified against agreed spec. Contamination removed. Grade-specific sorting to ensure what's on the COA matches what's in the container — guaranteed.

3. Baling, Packing & Loading
Baling to customer-specified weights (250–400 kg/bale typical). 20ft and 40ft FCL options — 25–27 MT per 20ft. Container stuffing supervised by AVT LLC representatives. Seal numbers and container photos provided before departure. Loading at Jebel Ali (DXB) — world's 9th busiest port.

4. Fumigation & Compliance
Full ISPM-15 fumigation compliance for Indian customs. Phytosanitary certificate issued by UAE authorities. CITES compliance where required for speciality grades. All documentation prepared to Indian customs requirements — zero clearance delays for our regular mill partners.

5. Documentation
Bill of Lading (original + telex), Certificate of Analysis, Fumigation Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin. All documents couriered or emailed before vessel arrival. Customs clearance agent introductions provided on request.
